Lenders and Brokers Left Out of Bailout
It may be good news for consumers due to ever lower interest rates but the news isn’t good for the many small to medium scale lenders and brokers for they say they have been left out of the bailout assistance package. The news hits them hard as they find this out and they are crying foul on all sides due to the strain of the financial crisis. Even Freddie and Mae, have had it rough with losses in the billions but they have fared better than these guys for with low income, they stand to lose a lot from the current housing market standings.
